You can shop in your pyjamas, at any time of the day (or night); you don't have the worry of the kids breaking anything; your other half won't find out about that "surprise gift" you have in mind for them; you don't have to be in the same country or continent as the shop; your item is delivered to your door
As you can see, things are pretty evenly matched. And although the convenience of shopping for antiques online is without question, we think you miss out on the personal touch
Con's
Shopping is a sensory experience, something you don't get online; the size and condition are not always accurate; pictures display colours differently to sightline; possibly missing out on further discounts; paying for shipping & returns; reading the "small print" terms & conditions etc
