The Company is responsible for the provision of services and sale of goods & dispatch/delivery of said goods to the client in accordance with the Shipping & Delivery policy.

Customers making online purchases must ensure that they provide basic contact details and a delivery address when completing their transactions. If no delivery address or contact details are provided then the Company will be unable to fulfil its obligations, and will hold funds sent to it separately for a period of 3 calendar months awaiting the client to contact them. Failure of the client to contact the Company within this time frame will result in these funds being placed in suspension permanently.

Customers are wholly responsible for ensuring that the item(s) they wish to purchase are suitable for their needs. Customers accept that these goods are in a "used" or "pre-owned" condition and may exhibit marks of prior use. All goods are sold "as seen". The Company endeavours to provide good quality images on its website but this is not always possible. Clients are welcome to contact the Company and request further images be sent to them if required, before purchasing an item.

The Company reserves the right to modify its Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes to this policy will be advised on the website for a period of 7 days prior to the changes taking place.

The Company reserves the right to terminate a contract with a client if there is a failure to provide the basic information required for that contract; the client fails to make prompt payment; the client leaves items in their basket for longer than 2 hours.
