Shipping Policy

Curious Cow Antiques & Reclamation Ltd will endeavour to fulfil its obligations in handling & shipping your order to you as swiftly as possible. However, there are circumstances where this service may not be as efficient as the company would like or for which they cannot be held responsible.

Local and international shipping rates are calculated according to the weight of an item. To discover the cost of shipping please contact customersupport@curiouscowantiques.co.uk and they will be able to give you a more accurate price once your item has been weighed. Any costs shown on our site or any other platform (Google/Facebook/Instagram etc) are purely for guidance.

We aim to process your order within 24 hours where possible. In the case that our premises are shut for scheduled days off or public holidays, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing BEFORE dispatch & shipping.

The company will in the first instance use Royal Mail or Parcelforce as its shipping agent. If an item weighs more than 10kg (22lbs) the Company reserves the right to look for additional courier transport. In the case of large and very heavy items the Company will use the services of a specialised courier, and the delivery costs will reflect this practice.

Shipping costs are added at the checkout, and are payable by the customer in the first instance. In some cases the Company can provide a localised delivery service at a reduced cost or, depending on the value of the purchase, for free.
